Matcher answers are processed to generate results and encoded into a shareable link. They are not attached to your identity unless you separately submit a contact or concierge form.

Saved private briefs

When you save a shortlist, the site stores the quiz answers and matched towns behind an unlisted, high-entropy link for up to twelve months. Anyone with that link may view the brief, so share it carefully. Saved briefs are excluded from search indexing.

Contact and concierge requests

If you request assistance, we store your name, email, optional phone, purchase timeframe, matched towns, stated request, consent record, and page source. Unengaged records are scheduled to expire after twelve months. The final production policy must identify the approved brokerage recipient and a working privacy contact before public launch.

Brokerage operations

Contact records are available only through an authenticated, server-authorized operations endpoint. Contact information is not sent to analytics. Status history may be retained to document acceptance, contact, appointments, representation, and attribution.

Anonymous analytics

The site stores a random session identifier, event name, page path, optional town slug, timestamp, and limited non-contact metadata for up to 400 days. It does not send names, emails, phone numbers, property addresses, quiz answers, URL query strings, or free-form contact fields to analytics.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion once the production privacy contact is configured. This draft deliberately prevents silent sharing with an unidentified brokerage.
